- Support the SED team, with the preparation of both project design and estimation.
- Manage several projects, including the works awarded to both suppliers and subcontractors.
- Provide knowledge and technical knowhow on the repair, refurbishment, or replacement of equipment.
- Develop, implement, and monitor a pre-construction process plan.
- Attend a variety of meetings such as design meetings and site visits.
- Produce information for project level KPI's.
- Manage the project teams with accountability for project delivery.
- Experience in a design and build project delivery role within a similar industry.
- NEC 3 knowledge and experience.
- Ideally an HNC in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- CSCS and SMSTS.
- 18th Edition of BS7671.
- A working knowledge of AutoCAD would be advantageous.
