    Description
    Do you have experience working in a call centre and are looking to step up into a more senior position? Participate in regular meetings to go through team performance stats with QA Team and L&D to ensure the teams are aligned with business standards
    Coaching and mentioning team members to understand how support can be offered in their career development and overall performance
    Flexible and happy to work shift patterns from Monday to Sunday as per business requirements
    Understanding of key performance metrics and performance management techniques

    This role is a temporary to permanent position please only apply if you are open to a permanent role and happy to work weekends.
