    Salary £25,144 - £26,888 per annum (actual salary for working term-time only £20,064 - £21,455) plus Local Government Pension Scheme with 23.

    6% Employer pension contributions
    Contract Permanent, Term Time Only

    We are an Alternative Provision school spread across 4 campuses, each catering to students with specific Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.

    Some of the fundamentals we draw on include PACE, Solution-focussed brief therapy, Growth Mindset, Unconditional Positive Regard and Restorative Justice.

    Have a robust staff wellbeing programme in place that is constantly evolving.

    We require someone to work with students on our Harbourside base - these students struggle with their social, emotional, and mental health which has resulted in them being excluded from mainstream school.

    This role needs someone who can form positive relationships with these young people. You will receive training to support you in this role.

    Previous experience of working with young people with additional needs is desired but not essential, although a reasonable grasp of basic IT programmes is a must.

    You will have the opportunity to develop your career in a School and Delta Education Trust, a small but growing Trust.

    The Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, this role involves directly working with children and significant contact with children, and therefore we expect all staff and volunteers to share the same commitment.

    If successfully shortlisted the HR Department will also be conducting an individual online search including social media platforms of your 'name, education and employment', to demonstrate due diligence following the updated 'Keeping Children Safe in Education 2022' guidance.
