    Job Description:
    As an Electrical Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing project execution and delivery


    Responsibilities include:

    • Attending project start-up meetings and familiarizing yourself with project details and specifications.
    • Collating technical submittals and managing them through approval processes.
    • Managing Requests for Information (RFIs) and labour tracking.
    • Maintaining weekly progress reports and managing changes/variations.
    • Liaising with main contractors and client-based site teams.
    • Overseeing coordination and delivery of project plant and equipment.
    • Ensuring availability of adequate materials for project completion.
    • Implementing construction and commissioning programs on site.
    • Generating biweekly/monthly snag lists and improvement plans.
    • Managing the handover process and maintaining the Document Management System.
    • Conducting project-specific scheduling and coordinating with subcontractors.
    • Attending general site meetings and communicating innovative project-specific works to the Contracts Manager.

    Requirements:

    • Extensive experience in an Electrical Project Manager or similar role.
    • Successful track record of delivering large-scale projects (up to £5M)
    • SMSTS / Black SMSTS (preferred)
    • Experience in supervising teams.
