    The Opportunity

    Reporting to the Delivery Director, the role is to manage the day-to-day planning, management, and delivery of all work that comes into Production from Sales, Client Services, and Project Management.

    You will provide oversight and audit of projects as they progress through Apadmi's development process, highlighting successes, issues, and risks.

    Responsible for resource assignment and management of the day-to-day workflow through Apadmi, meeting the demands and agility of key business projects.

    Highlight resource assignment issues in a timely manner to the Senior Leadership Team by developing a long-term view of Apadmi's capacity planning and assisting with recruitment needs.

    Assisting the Delivery Director by maintaining and auditing operational processes to drive high-quality, well-executed, and profitable client deliverables.

    Work with operations teams in the wider Apadmi group to help solve resourcing challenges and allocate resources to intercompany projects.

    What you'll do

    • Verify completion of all established sales process steps prior to resource allocation.
    • Ensure all projects are started, delivered and closed as per Apadmi's defined delivery processes within the project time tracking software.
    • To confidently manage resource assignments and conflicts between future and current projects.Manage the expectations of all stakeholders by communicating regular resourcing updates and troubleshooting bottlenecks when required.
    • Proactively facilitate ongoing communication with all department heads and project leads to ensure clarity on resourcing requirements and allocations.
    • Analyse data from multiple sources combining that into unified views for management information and decision making.
    • Drive strategic resource planning by understanding business requirements and balancing client needs with established business priorities, in alignment with short and long term goals.
    • Maintain regular communications with the Recruitment team on current status and future need of freelance resources.
    • To support the growth of the business and develop and manage processes which aid the business in achieving its targets and goals.
    • Perform regular checks on project set ups within the internal system and aid Project Management with advice and training on correct process.
    • Management of all internal time being logged by setting budgets, approving timesheets and flagging excessive periods of internal work to the Operations Director.
    • Support the maintenance of a high standard of data quality and integrity on Apadmi's ERP and Professional Services platforms.
    • Support Finance with ad-hoc, weekly and monthly reporting schedules.

    • A proactive, inventive and agile approach to streamlining production, making efficiencies and avoiding duplication of effort.
    • Possess comprehensive knowledge of spreadsheet tools and functions, enabling confident manipulation of large datasets and creation of informative dashboards for effective data storytelling.
    • Highly methodical, organised and the ability to multitask.
    • Problems solving skills and the ability to proactively identify and implement flexible and effective solutions.
    • Strong sense of commercial awareness and logistical management.
    • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
    • Willing to travel on occasion to offices outside of the UK.
    • Strong team player and ability to develop collaborative relationships with colleagues across the company
    • Experience operating at a senior level in an agency environment
    • Maintaining a safe workplace in-line with the companies Health and Safety Policy to ensure employees and visitors are without risk to health, reporting any issues to appropriate authority
