Create training plans and schemes of work that meet the requirements of accredited bodies, adhere to best practices, and achieve quality targetsUtilize different teaching methods to engage learners and enhance their skills and knowledgeAdapt teaching materials and techniques to meet the needs of diverse learner groupsProvide personalized support and guidance to learners, assisting them in setting goals and achieving personal growthCollaborate with community organizations and partners to develop training programs that cater to the needs of the local communityLead the delivery and accreditation of learner-focused provisionMaintain accurate records of learner progress and outcomes.

Salary:
£26,862 per annumYou will be working in our Hybrid working, 1 day a week working from home. 4 days a week working from our Blackburn and Pendle hubs delivering. Annual salary increment increases27 days annual leave (rising to 32 over 5 years' service) + bank holidaysA flexible working environment, with a range of family friendly policiesYou will be working 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
