    Description

    Per prestigiosa e importante azienda settore industriale curiamo la selezione di un GRAFICO/DESIGNER che avrà la responsabilità dell'area marketing.

    Posizione

    La figura sarà responsabile, infatti, dello sviluppo e dell'esecuzione di strategie di marketing B2B che aumentino al massimo la generazione di lead e guidano le vendite per aiutare l'azienda a raggiungere nuovi clienti e fidelizzare quelli esistenti.

    Obiettivo dell'azienda:

    Migliorare la comunicazione per aumentare i contatti con i clienti,

    Rendere l'ufficio MKTG uno snodo fondamentale delle attività aziendali.

    Responsabilità iniziali:

    • Elaborare la strategia del Marketing Strategico aziendale. Redigere, eseguire e monitorare le attività ad esso correlate;
    • Pianificazione e gestione dei budget di marketing;
    • Supervisione di tutti gli aspetti delle attività di marketing dell'azienda;
    • Stretta collaborazione con le vendite interne e il servizio clienti per garantire la conversione dei contatti in vendite;
    • Conoscenza e gestione di e-mail marketing, profilazione, segmentazione e gestione database clienti;
    • Sviluppo e gestione del sito web aziendale;
    • Ottima conoscenza delle dinamiche dei principali social media (Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube);
    • Capacità di pianificare e analizzare campagne sui principali canali di digital advertising (Google ADS, Meta Business Suite);
    • Analisi dei dati e capacità di creare report periodici e funzionali agli obiettivi stabiliti sulle attività svolte;
    • Creazione di brochure/flyer/materiale pubblicitario e realizzazione materiale grafico (Render, Schede tecniche, etc);
    • Organizzare/partecipare a eventi, fiere e seminari all'interno dell'azienda e presso i clienti chiave;
    • Laurea o master in Marketing, Management o simili;
    • Esperienza di almeno 2 anni nel marketing e nelle vendite B2B;
    • Esperienza diretta con strumenti CRM e SEO come Google Analytics, Google Adwords, ecc;
    • Esperienza diretta nella creazione di contenuti per i social media e nell'utilizzo di strumenti a pagamento per Facebook e Linkedin;
    • Spiccate capacità di copywriting;
    • Spiccata creatività;
    • Buona conoscenza di Excel;
    • Buona conoscenza pacchetto Adobe
    • (verranno ritenute un plus eventuali competenze in rendering, foto e video);
    • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
    • Ottime doti analitiche e di problem solving;
    • Proattività;
    • Doti organizzative e predisposizione al lavoro di gruppo;
    • Residenza in Val Lagarina e aree limitrofe;
    • Verranno ritenuti un plus:
    • Eventuali corsi di formazione in ambito business management o Digital&Content Marketing;
    • Eventuali corsi di formazione in ambito grafico e affini;
