    Per azienda leader nel settore Chimico Farmaceutico, caratterizzata da una forte crescita e progetti innovativi in ambito di ricerca e sviluppo, produzione e commercializzazione di prodotti, ricerchiamo il/laQUALITY UNIT DIRECTOR/QPMain responsibilitiesLa posizione ha diretta responsabilità del Sistema Qualità dell'azienda e garantisce la conformità dei prodotti alla normativa nazionale ed internazionale e si interfaccia con gli Enti europei ed americani per tutti gli adempimenti necessari.Dovrà implementare processi e procedure che garantiscano la massima efficienza della funzione Quality Assurance e Regolatorio e nel contempo, dovrà intervenire sul team, coinvolgendo e sviluppando al fine di gestire e costruire una squadra affidabile ed affiatata.Responsabilità principaliPromuove nell'ambito aziendale la diffusione e l'applicazione dei principi e dei metodi della qualità in riferimento alle cGMP, al sistema ISO 9001, alle linee guida aziendali.Garantisce il controllo dei processi aziendali al fine di assicurare la qualità del prodotto e servizio corrispondente alle esigenze del cliente, nell'ottica del miglioramento continuo dell'efficienza dei processi.Sostiene, in termini di percezione, un'immagine di eccellenza in qualità e affidabilità presso il cliente, attraverso l'efficacia dei contatti, risultati e programmi.Garantisce l'armonizzazione e la coerenza del sistema di gestione della qualità agli obiettivi stabiliti, propone interventi migliorativi in accordo con gli obiettivi aziendali.Pianifica e definisce le linee strategiche e le politiche sulla qualità di concerto con le altre funzioni aziendali, operando nel rispetto delle normative e indicando criteri e parametri di misurazione e controllo.Segue l'evoluzione della normativa nazionale, comunitaria e dei Paesi aventi rilevanza per il business del Gruppo in materia di assicurazione e certificazione della qualità dei prodotti e dei processi produttivi farmaceutici, assicurandone il recepimento e l'attuazione.Garantisce lo sviluppo della cultura aziendale nei confronti della qualità attraverso il training.È responsabile della formulazione del budget per la parte di propria pertinenza e di tutti gli adempimenti successivi.Candidate profileLa nostra ricerca sarà orientata verso un Manager di provata esperienza nella direzione dell'area della Qualità all'interno di aziende multinazionali, preferibilmente API ma anche farmaceutiche. E' necessaria l'ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e il possesso dei requisiti per coprire il ruolo di Qualified Person.Sul piano delle soft skill il candidato ideale possiede una forte leadership, equilibrio e solidità personale, capacità di lavorare in team e di comunicare a tutti i livelli.Dovrà mostrare la capacità di lavorare con autorevolezza e credibilità all'interno dell'Azienda, con il suo team e i Manager delle altre aree funzionali.LocationProvincia di Modena
