- Provides advice, support and guidance to SPMs and PMs around planning management to ensure consistent quality across the programme plans in line with SDDO standards.
- Creates and maintains consolidated Programme plan views (POAPs) at levels required by the Programme Director for use in Programme governance forums based on project plan inputs supplied by the Programme Director, SPMs and PMs.
- Provides data to the SDDO in order that required extracts from project plans can be created for submission
- Can deputise for the SDDO Planning Manager and the planner(s) in other Programmes to provide cover for any planned / unplanned absences
- Follows planning standards, definitions and guidelines set by the SDDO to ensure a consistency of approach across all plans. Engages the SDDO Planning Manager to capture feedback and ensure adherence to evolving standards
- Experience of working in a regulated environment and/or direct experience in a regulatory body would be an advantage. Experience of gambling industry or lotteries highly desirable but not necessary
- An understanding of project & programme management methodology and vocabulary
- Experience of milestones reporting levels - 2 years
