As a Registered Manager, you'll be earning an annual salary between £30,000 – £35,000.

As the Registered Manager, you will:
Lead a friendly, motivated team
Ensure the service is well maintained, decorated, and furnished to a high standard
Complete audits, staff supervision/appraisal and HR processes such as recruitment, absence management and rota generation
Be confident with MCA and DOLs

Paid DBSThe ideal Registered Manager candidate will:
Hold a Level 5 NVQ or be working towards it
Have experience in a management or a deputy position
Have experience completing audits, staff supervision/appraisal and HR processes
Be a car driver
