    Job Specifications:

    The Intelligence Specialist will provide dedicated user support for the intelligence application, covering training, mentoring, first-line support, and platform data management functions.

    No previous experience with this specific application is necessary as comprehensive training and ongoing mentoring and support will be provided to the Intelligence Specialist.

    The ideal candidate will be curious, possess excellent interpersonal skills, have a natural knack for IT usage, communicate complex information clearly to users of all levels, and work well in both team and independent settings.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Offer embedded mentoring and support to application end users
    • Provide initial support to users and act as a liaison for higher level support
    • Mentor users on existing and new application features
    • Conduct various training sessions for users
    • Collect user feedback for application enhancements
    • Collaborate with the development team based on user feedback
    • Work in a team environment but also be available for on-call duties

    Package:
