    Optimise byRecruitment are excited to be partnered with one of the mostsuccessful lenders in their market within the UK. They are a dynamic,financial service organisation that is dedicated to providinginnovative solutions in the realm of credit risk assessment andsustainable finance.

    As a forward-thinkingorganisation, they prioritise efficiency, automation, and strategicpartnerships to drive success. Therefore, our client is seeking anexperienced IT Manager to join the team and push the business forward.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage relationships with partners andservices to ensure seamless operation and performance of all systems.
    • Oversee the management platform by monitoring and optimisingsystem performance and making informed decisions regardinginfrastructure improvements.
    • Manage the telephony system,including the VoIP system (Apollo), to ensure efficient communicationchannels for the business.
    • Collaborate with engineers andsuppliers to implement and improve current or new infrastructure.
    • Assist with the implementation of a data warehouse.
    • Manage and grow a team of IT professionals, fostering acollaborative and supportive work environment.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

    • Proven 3-5 years of experience in IT management,preferably within the financial services sector.
    • Strongunderstanding of infrastructure management and supplier relationships.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI and SQL.
    • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage andgrow a team effectively.
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and aproactive approach to IT management.
