    The finance department of Growth Markets provides business partnership to beauty and personal care brands across Europe and US via insightful analysis, challenge and reporting. You will be operating in a dynamic, fast paced consumer environment. You will play a critical role in commercial decision making, supporting the business achieve its objectives as well as through reporting, forecasting and budgeting. This role is key in supporting marketing, trade promotions and pricing processes and controls.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support US and European commercial teams with performance reporting, managing regular (weekly/monthly/etc) performance reporting
  • Support the integrated business planning process (monthly forecast and annual budgets) for sales and marketing activities
  • Build business cases to support decision making for commercial opportunities
  • Support St Tropez brand team through projects and decision making, including New Product Development processes
  • Own marketing spend trackers and forecasting process
  • Manage month end close process for marketing spend including system administration
  • Manage trade promotions process including system reporting and liaising with commercial teams and other finance teams
  • Manage SKU pricing administration process
  • Analysis of marketing spend and trade promotions to ensure performance objectives are being met
  • Ad hoc analysis and other tasks as appropriate to support the Senior Commercial Finance Business Partner and Finance Director

    • Criteria

  • Qualified Accountant; ideally with consumer products or retail background and previous commercial Finance experience
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and 'can do' approach and willingness to learn and develop
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders (inside and outside of finance) and build/manage remote relationships
  • Comfort working in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Confident in challenging stakeholders to maintain a healthy level of tension
