    Marketing Manager

    Our client, a dynamic UK-based SAAS FinTech company, is seeking a marketing manager/marketing specialist to join their team in London, and hybrid work options are available.

    As a Marketing Manager, you'll collaborate closely with the Head of Product to shape and execute marketing strategies that drive growth and visibility in the investment management market.

    This is a great opportunity to leave your mark and see a noticeable impact. The position is a hands-on individual contributor role with an amazing opportunity for growth and to build out the marketing division in time.

    The key to the role will be attitude, energy, desire, and EQ to build internal and external relationships. Success will be driven through fostering relationships and advocacy with a focus on campaigns, events, and content as opposed to aggressive marketing and selling.

    Your responsibilities as the Marketing Manager will be varied and include:

    • Brand Management: Lead efforts to maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all channels and materials.
    • Content Creation & PR: Develop and execute a robust content strategy, producing engaging copy for various platforms. Coordinate with external agencies for PR initiatives.
    • Campaign Development: Design and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels and regions, aligning with budgetary constraints.
    • Event Coordination & Subscriptions: Manage client events, industry memberships, and conference participation from start to finish.
    • Web & Social Management: Oversee online presence and social channels, optimising for engagement and lead generation.
    • Market Intelligence: Conduct thorough market research to inform product and marketing strategies.
    • Requirements:
      • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within Fintech, financial services or SAAS
      • Strong leadership skills with a track record of achieving marketing objectives and calculating ROI.

      Salary is £40 - £45,000 with a 10-20% bonus
