    About the Opportunity

    At Kantata, our Solutions Engineers are technical experts and best-practice advisors who support the pre-sales process helping our organization achieve its revenue goals. The Solutions Engineer will articulate the tremendous value of our product offering to prospective customers based on desired outcomes and product differentiation.

    • The Job:

  • Become an expert in our Salesforce-native product and concurrently gain a deep understanding of the core processes that drive professional services organizations
  • Conduct discovery calls to uncover prospect pain and current business operations
  • Leverage your product and industry expertise to identify and demonstrate customer solutions
  • Provide dynamic value-driven demonstrations and workshops tailored to the unique requirements, pains, and use cases of the prospect
  • Engage in the consultative selling process, partnering closely with Account Executives and other sales-adjacent roles to develop and execute on sales strategies for each opportunity
  • Work with the Product Management team to identify key-requirements for the product roadmap and partake in sprint reviews, enablement sessions, and other product-focused initiatives
  • Participate in trade-shows and other field-marketing events
  • Respond to technical RFPs, ensuring short-listing of the solution
  • Create video presentations and other product-centric collateral that fuels the sales process

    • Your Experience and Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer, Solutions Consultant, Implementations Consultant or other technically-inclined role
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and the platform
  • Experience leading value-driven presentations to executives and senior leaders
  • Deep understanding of Software as a Service as well as common enterprise IT requirements
  • Proven familiarity with the professional services industry; PSA; or ERP is a plus
  • Experience in Enterprise segment strongly preferred
  • Multilingual is a plus

    • Travel

  • Ability to travel up to 15% is required
  • Ability to work out of our London office semi-regularly is required
