    Job DescriptionReporting to our Revenue Operations Director, we are looking for a Financial Planning Manager to improve the revenue operations process, support the vision for the revenue operations team, provide support in meeting our objectives, and be an advocate for process improvement.


    Your primary responsibilities will include:
    Revenue recognition across a portfolio of products, clients, and servicesDeliver accurate revenue resultsReport and trend analysis for a portfolio of products, clients, and servicesClient Project set-up including contract analysisDocument process guidesWork with the finance team to determine applicable IFRS standards, inclusive of training material for financeSupport audits on existing processes, identifying risk areas, and assisting with resolving challengesIdentify revenue engagements that do not align with Jellyfish's commercial frameworkContribute to the development and continuous improvement of the revenue operations processSupport the General Ledger team with Month End revenue & net revenue reconcilations and resolving queriesSupport the Accounts Payable team with cost of sale reconciliations, ensuring all cost of sales are correctly recordedWork with Accounts receivable to assist with client account reconciliations, ensuring revenue and billing information is accurate and aligning to contract commercials/payment milestonesSupport the FP&A team with the reporting of client revenue and net revenue on a monthly basisProvide guidance to other teams outside of the finance team on revenue-related mattersQualifications2+ years of experience in revenue operations, finance, or a related fieldExcellent knowledge of revenue recognition accounting standards and proceduresAAT Level 2 / 3 or equivalentAbility to prioritize to ensure deadlines are met throughout the month-end timetableYou'll be a whizz at using data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies
