    Description

    Our Global Technology client are looking for a Senior Commercial Contracts Manager to assist them on a brand new client engagement they are currently working on. You will be a key player in the contractual management of high value deals, which will require you to work between the various business areas and the delivery of the program agreements. This role will require you to be on-site in London 1 day per week. Our client are looking for someone with a Law degree and whom have worked in the IT Service Provider or Technology Companies. Please see below day to day tasks and requirements;

    - 1 + prior role working for a Technology company or IT Service Provider

    - Law Degree is preferred

    Work alongside the Commercial & Contracts Lead to assist in commercial contract management.

    Manage contracts and processes to meet contractual obligations.

    Ensure contract management is compliant with internal processes.

    Stakeholder management between client and customer.

    Support and lead commercial negotiations.

    Support colleagues by providing them with all necessary contractual obligations and insights to effectively deliver program outcomes.

    This is an initial 6 month rolling contract, thus likely extensions into 2025 or go permanent. This will be Inside IR35 and will require 1 day per week in London based office so candidates must be within a commutable distance.
