    Retail Manager - London and the Home Counties
    Are you looking for an exciting role where you can build your career while also maintaining a healthy work/life balance with no late nights and weekends off? Then you could be the exceptional Retail Manager that we are looking for
    Salary - £45,000 - £50,000 per annum plus car allowance
    40 hours per week Monday to Friday

    People are the most important ingredient in our business recipe, and we are currently looking for an experienced Retail Manager to join our team to deliver the company food and commercial strategy in the secondary school sector.

    Working alongside the Operations Managers and Development Chefs you will drive innovations, initiatives and sales, focusing on consistency and Accent branding.

    You will be required to support retention, tender and mobilisation processes and will be responsible for maintaining company and client standards of HSE, food service and professionalism at all times.

    You will make sure counters and POS look amazing with the right products on offer according to the food margin budget and the sales mix.

    Travel will be required.

    As many of our contracts are not accessible by public transport, you must have a full driving license enabling you to drive in the UK as well as your own car.

    As our ideal Retail Manager you will:
    • Have a proven track record of implementing and continually improving food standards
    Have high street branded cafe experience and preferably multi-site experience
    Be passionate about food with a great eye for detail
    Have financial and budget awareness
    Have a full driving license enabling you to drive in the UK
