We are searching for top talent to join our Balmain Beauty Ambassador team and launch Balmain Beauty at Selfridges London.

    In this role, we are looking for a dynamic and customer-centric Business Manager to lead, coach, and develop our team of Balmain Beauty Ambassadors. Your role will involve guiding the team to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets while aligning with the Balmain Beauty vision. You will be responsible for coaching and inspiring your team to surpass their KPIs and contribute to the smooth running of the counter.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Welcome customers to the Balmain beauty experience, offering personalized assistance and luxury customer service.
    • Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador to build client loyalty and enhance sales opportunities.
    • Stay informed on all product information to effectively assist customers.
    • Collaborate with the Sales Team for seamless transactions and support visual merchandising tasks.
    • Capture customer details for CRM purposes and maintain customer relationships.
    • Keep updated on beauty and fragrance trends through ongoing training.
    • Manage the growth of your Balmain Beauty business within the store.
    • Maintain a proper Balmain Beauty image and uphold brand standards.

    Qualifications

    • Prior retail management experience, preferably in the beauty or fast-paced retail sector.
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a team successfully.
    • Experience in organizing in-store events.
    • Passionate about beauty products, especially fragrance and makeup.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Detail-oriented and proactive in learning and self-improvement.
    • Flexibility in terms of working hours.
    • Right to live and work in the country.
