- Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their business objectives, customer personas, and desired outcomes.
- Solution Design: Utilize the Adobe Journey Optimizer platform to design end-to-end customer journeys that align with client goals and objectives.
- Campaign Implementation: Implement and configure Adobe Journey Optimizer campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and automation.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling messaging and content assets tailored to specific customer segments and journey stages.
- Data Analysis: Analyse campaign performance and customer data to identify insights, trends, and optimization opportunities.
- Optimization: Continuously optimize customer journeys based on performance metrics, A/B testing, and best practices.
- Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject-matter expert on the Adobe Experience Cloud platform, providing guidance and support to internal teams and clients.
- Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and documentation to educate clients and internal stakeholders on Adobe Journey Optimizer capabilities and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with the Adobe Experience Cloud platform, particularly Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, personalization, and customer journey orchestration concepts.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Target experience is a plus.
- Adobe certification(s) in relevant products is preferred.
