    Role Overview:


    Currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Litigation Associate with a minimum of 2 years' PQE to join the thriving team in London. As a Litigation Associate, you will play a critical role in representing clients in a variety of contentious matters, from commercial disputes to regulatory investigations. This is an outstanding opportunity to collaborate with some of the brightest legal minds in the industry and contribute to high-profile cases that influence the future of law.


    Key Responsibilities:


    • Handle a diverse caseload of litigation matters, from inception to resolution, under senior partners' guidance.
    • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents, and contribute to case preparation and strategy development.
    • Participate in court hearings, arbitrations, and mediations, representing clients in negotiations and settlement discussions.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to offer comprehensive legal advice and support to clients across various industries.


    Qualifications:


    • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in litigation, acquired at a respected law firm.
    • Solid academic background with a law degree from a recognized institution.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, adept at articulating complex legal concepts clearly and persuasively.
    • Demonstrated capability to manage multiple priorities and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
    • Dedication to providing exceptional client service and upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
