    Description

    Our client is a well-known international law firm recognized for its specialization in advising technology, life sciences, and other expanding enterprises globally. The firm assists companies at all growth stages, from startups to large corporations, and also provides support to venture firms, private equity firms, and investment banks. You have the chance to be part of an exceptional competition law and litigation team, representing businesses from various sectors in complex competition litigation cases.

    Position: Competition Litigation Associate

    Location: London

    Salary: £164-172K plus bonus and comprehensive benefits package.

    Key Requirements:

    • UK qualified Competition Litigation Associate with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience, specializing in competition law litigation at a leading Law Firm.
    • Experience in High Court and/or Competition Appeal Tribunal competition litigation.
    • Strong academic background with a law degree from a reputable institution.
    • Proficiency in competition law principles and procedures, ideally with prior experience in competition litigation.
    • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to convey legal concepts clearly.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Commitment to delivering high-quality work and client service excellence.

    Role and Responsibilities:

    • Manage competition litigation cases from start to finish, including case analysis and preparation for hearings.
    • Conduct legal research on complex competition law matters and provide strategic advice to clients.
    • Work with senior team members to develop case strategies aligned with client goals.
    • Prepare legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
    • Coordinate with clients, counsel, and experts for case preparations.
    • Stay updated on competition law developments and trends.
    • Engage in business development activities to support the firm's growth.
