    Luxury Store ManagerNotting HillSalary up to £38,000 - £42,000 + bonus + benefitsFull time - with every other weekend offThis is an exciting opportunity to join a luxury retailer at their beautiful boutique based in Notting Hill.

    My client has a dedicated worldwide following and are now looking to for an experienced Store Manager to lead their team.

    Reporting into the Directors, you will have full accountability for all aspects of the store with a key focus on driving sales and profitability.

    This is a brand that really values their team and promotes a great work/life balance, one of their best benefits is every other weekend off for every team member This is a fantastic opportunity for a Store Manager looking for a new challenge within a luxury environment.


    Store Manager – the role:


    To manage the day-to-day operations and running the store effectively and efficientlyOversee online orders to ensure customer service levels are maintainedManage the day-to-day operations and running of all the Company's SocialMedia platforms effectively and efficientlyManage and lead a small team to deliver excellent customer whilst maximising salesBe an ambassador for the brand at all times, exciting customers and instilling passion for the brand within the customer base and the team.

    Demonstrate the ability to host high-status clientsStore Manager – the person:Previous management experience in a one to one sales environmentMeticulous attention to detailWell-presented and articulateAmbitious and passionate about achieving resultsAble to engage with a wide range of clientsEnthusiastic, positive and self-motivatedA strong 'common sense' approach with the ability to successfully handle multiple demands and priorities
