    Key Responsibilities:
    Support event operation tasks including but not limited to; booking accommodation, travel and on-site catering for the live sporting eventsTo support company's CEO on administrational tasks and diary managementCoordinate booking all staff working on the eventsSupport on general administration of players competing in the eventsProduce clear and concise travel and meeting schedules for site visitsManage multiple requests and priorities - staying calm under pressure, exercising judgment, and seeing beyond the day-to-day to anticipate changing needsOnsite support at all events, event operations, player logistics and hospitality Skills and Experience:Strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detailsStrong IT skills including confident on Microsoft office suiteAttention to detail in own work Ability to liaise with stakeholders both internally and externallyIndustry awareness of live eventsBring innovation, be creative and able to think outside the boxAbility to work to budget Willingness to be flexible on days/hours worked as well as company's CEO out of hoursAbility to multi-taskAbility to travel to multiple countries and be away for lengthy periods
