    What You Will Be Doing
    We are seeking a highly skilled IT Security Risk Manager to join a new dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the creation of new IT security risk management processes, overseeing the identification, assessment, and mitigation of IT security risks within our organization and across a large and varied third party network of partners and vendors.

    • Develop and implement IT security risk management strategies, policies, and procedures.
    • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and threats to our IT infrastructure and systems.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate the impact of identified risks and develop appropriate risk mitigation plans.
    • Monitor and analyse security metrics to proactively identify and address emerging risks.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest IT security trends, technologies, and best practices.
    • Provide guidance and support to internal teams on security risk management principles and practices.
    • Liaise with external partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies on IT security risk-related matters.
    • Prepare and present reports to senior management on the status of IT security risk management initiatives.

    What You Bring

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field, or the combination of demonstrable relevant experience and skills.
    • One or more certifications such as, CISSP, CRISC, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.
    • Applied knowledge of security risk frameworks, for example, COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST Cyber Security Framework, CIS Controls and Cloud Controls Matrix
    • Understanding of quantitative risk management models, for example, FAIR.
    • In-depth knowledge of IT security principles, practices, and technologies.
    • Experience conducting risk assessments and developing risk mitigation strategies.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
