    Description
    You will be responsible for taking the lead on implementing a new process for managing our "golden thread" information and ensuring we're business compliant to the new building safety legislation (ISO

    To provide advice, assistance and leadership in the effective use of project information systems and their environments (People, process and technology) for use on construction projects.

    Provide full document support to ensure that all current drawings, specs and all other associated contract related documents are filed, maintained and issued in an efficient manner.

    Quality assure incoming documents against file naming standards and feedback any issues to the originators, providing guidance where required and retained on central document management system
    To liaise with system suppliers (including internal IT groups) to ensure timely delivery of project requirements
    Review and control of document management protocols
    Archiving historical documentation
    Clear communication of expectations for documents management
    Monitoring and distribution of design technical queries and design information
    Support admin team and assist with other administration tasks where necessary to cover holiday/absence.

    At least 5 years' experience of information management or document control management on a variety of design and construction projects
    Proven experience implementing new procedures and processes on live construction projects
    Knowledge of document management systems
    Ability to pick up new software and systems very quickly
