    Description
    Our client are a well established International Road Haulage Transport Solution throughout the UK and Europe.

    They are looking to add an experienced Administrator to their growing team, preferably with a background in Transport Admin.

    Reconciliation of Transport orders and database systems ensuring customers' invoices are correct prior to being raised.

    • Checking customer transport orders/paperwork has been completed correctly
    • Reconciliation of Employee Timesheets
    • Completing weekly costs sheets in Microsoft Excel for weekly billed customers
    • Analysis/Offering cost saving solutions
    • Ensure all telephone calls/emails are answered in a timely fashion
    • General filing and database updating
    • Full UK Driving Lisence
    • Flexible approach to various day to day tasks
    • Confident telephone manner
    • Strong computer skills - Microsoft Package
    • This is a full time permanent role, working shifts are 6pm- 6am (Nights) working on a 4 on 4 off working pattern however flexibility may be required.
