- Leading and motivating the Ambassador team, making sure they have the tools and equipment to do their jobs
- Patrolling and monitoring staff.
- Preparing the Briefing for the team
- Dealing with all enquiries and complaints
- Preparing the weekly deployment Rota plan to the Client account Manager.
- Excellent level of computer literacy in Microsoft Office, including, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong leadership skills
- Speaking with the public and providing assistance with directions and issues they may have.
- Experience in customer service and local knowledge useful although training will be given to the right candidate.
- Organised and self-motivated
- Compiling reports on team's activities for the week and submitting them to the Client Account Manager.
