    • Kingston Hospital and Hounslow & Richmond Community Health Care NHS Trust are currently undergoing an exciting period of integration and we are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR professional to join the HR Advisory Team to provide an expert and comprehensive service to our Corporate services but also clinical departments at Kingston hospital as and when required.

    This role provides advice and guidance to managers on all ER matters as well as some operational HR processes.

    The role remit also covers policy development, job evaluation, reporting and some exciting service redesign initiatives.

    You will have a good grounding in first line employee relations, a coaching style and experience of policy development and will be eager to extend your practice further.

    Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is a single site, medium sized Hospital, located within Kingston-Upon-Thames in South West London.

    As well as delivering services from the main hospital base, the Trust delivers ambulatory and outpatient services at a range of community locations in partnership with GPs and community providers.

    The Trust was licensed as a NHS Foundation Trust with effect from 1 May 2013.

    Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust cares for more than half a million patients a year, from across Kingston, Richmond, Elmbridge (Surrey), Merton, Wandsworth and Sutton.

    Our main site is the Kingston Hospital site but we also run a number of outpatient clinics in the community, including in Raynes Park, Surbiton, Queen Mary's Roehampton and Teddington.

    Sufficient recent experience of working in a Human Resources or employee relations setting
    Generalist HR experience which involves advising managers on all HR issues
    Experience of using people related information databases
    Demonstrable ability to analyse and interpret data
    Excellent written skills with the ability to write clear, concise reports and policies.
