- You will monitor and track all product shipments from Europe.
- You will collaborate with transportation companies and warehouses daily to track orders and products.
- Generate sales orders and ensure completion of all administrative tasks associated with orders.
- Check and approve all paperwork related to goods imports, including invoices and shipping documents.
- Accurately input order details into the ERP system.
- Utilize excellent customer service skills to maintain positive customer and supplier relations.
- Experience in an administrative logistics role.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Spanish.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under time pressures.
- Readiness to take on new challenges and open to training.
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages, as well as strong numerical and literacy skills.
