    Title:
    Senior FP&A ManagerSalary: £95kLocation: London, hybridMT20178

    Position Overview:
    Finatal are mandated by an extremely high growth, PE backed software business, seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to join the business on an 18 month fixed term contract


    Key Responsibilities:
    Support the planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets.
    Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and analysis to senior management and key stakeholders.
    Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business decisions, identify trends, and drive performance improvements.
    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support system implementations and enhancements, ensuring optimal utilisation and accuracy of financial data.
    Serve as a strategic business partner, providing financial insights and guidance to support operational decision-making.
    Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within the FP&A function to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.


    Qualifications:
    ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification, or equivalent.
    Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on software industry dynamics and metrics.

    Strong proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    Experience supporting system implementations or enhancements is highly desirable.
    Immediate availability to start and commit to an 18-month fixed-term contract.
