    Pre Deal Interim CFO - Manufacturing
    c. £1100-£1400

    Finatal are currently recruiting for an interim CFO to join a c£70m t/o manufacturing business that is being acquired by Private Equity for the first time.

    This is an exciting time to be joining a highly profitable business that has been growing through acquisitions and organically.

    You will be supporting the advisors, board, and PE fund to ensure smooth pre deal due diligence.


    Responsibilities include:
    Partner closely with the PE investors and wider c-suite whilst leading the financial aspects of the pre-deal process.
    Manage data rooms, assess and mitigate finance risks and conduct valuation modelling.
    Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure smooth operations during the transition period.
    Identify and mitigate potential financial risks during the process.

    Post deal professionalisation looking at controls, processes, and systems – whilst supporting the business with the hiring of a perm no1 in finance.


    Requirements:
    Proven No.1 in Finance with experience within a PE backed business.
    Manufacturing experience is preferred but not necessary.
    The PE house are specifically looking for someone with pre-deal and exit experience.
    Ability to manage a team of finance professionals and manage the pre-deal process.
