    Description


    We have a fantastic opportunity for two candidates to experience working for a major brand for a 4 month period.

    We are recruiting brand promoters on behalf of St-Germain, to drive consumer awareness on the product and St-Germain Spritz serves in London bars and terraces this spring/summer.

    Please see the more detailed job description below and just a few points of difference to note:

    The activation will begin early June 2024 and will last for 4 months, concluding in September 2024Previous bar and training experience is essentialExcellent rate of pay based half/full day ratesWorking hours can range from 10-20 per week, with regular weekend work being requiredThe role can coincide with current bar positions and is a great introduction into representing a brandObjectives :Accelerate desire & recruitment Make the moment bloom by inspiring consumers how and when to drink St Germain.

    Unlock intentional versatility to target new occasions Drive consumer awareness by leveraging The St-Germain Spritz & Hugo Cocktail as a springboard to introduce versatility.

    Moving consumers from accidental consumption to intentional consumption through education.

    Scale discovery by step-changing availability & visibility Creating Brand Advocates through liquid to lips sampling and elevated drinks experiences in the on trade.


    Profile :
    The St-Germain Specialist is a part-time role, short term contractHas worked in a cocktail bar for 2 years minimum, well connected to the trade and is a lover of the brandContagious passion & enthusiasmHas a strong social media presence, embodies the brand and is able to educate key trade stakeholders andconsumers about St-Germain and its versatility

    Key missions :
    1)

    Support, inspire Consumer and build trade loyalty Support influencer accounts by capitalising on current distribution points and drive rate of saleExecute activities that focus on local trade relations to keep St-Germain top of mindConduct consumer tastings - aim to execute 172 two-hour sampling sessions in 57 London on tradeaccounts (variable) from 3rd April – 3rd September sampling sessions per venue)2) Build and cultivate relationships Create and foster relationships with key stakeholders:
    Sales – List of accounts will be provided with introductions at suitable venues for samplingCustomer Marketing Manager – Support coordinating list of accounts from Sales, order Point of SaleMaterials / decorations and sample stock for the eventsLocal trade community – Build on any existing relationships and keep in touch with venues post event totrack sales and rebook repeat sampling sessions at successful venuesAdvocacy – Global Brand Ambassador will provide promoter with initial training and activation script, andregularly check in with promoter in the field3)

    Education and influence Educate bar staff, consumers and other key stakeholders about all aspects of St-Germain, including:
    history, process, intrinsics and drink strategy, to convert to become brand advocates and recommend all year round 4)

    Reporting Monitor and report on St-Germain competition activitiesReporting and admin:
    Event and training analysis (view KPIs below), expense reports.

    KPIs Nb of Mini Spritz Sampled:
    Promotors to track every night.

    Average target 50/sampling sessionNb of Spritz Sold :
    Promoters to ask total bar to extract sales at the end of the activation – Aim to sell 10incremental St Germain serves per sessionNb of Trainings: Promoters to liaise with sales team/account managers to organise trainings with bar staff priorto every activation

    Account Sales Evolution:

    Track total sales of St Germain in account prior and post activation period in conjunction with Sales teamCritical experience to success Ability to organise workload independently and effectivelyWinning attitude / DynamicUsed to being out in the tradeGood at building networks/ relationshipsGreat communication skillsPassion and expertise of the bar industryEnglish speakerMust have full driving LicenseMust have laptop with access to good internet connectionA little about the company; Heads, Hearts and Tails are one of the leading drinks and events consultancies in the UK and have been established since 2012.
