    Description
    About The Role
    • Looking for an Anti-Social Behaviour & Enforcement Officer to help create safe neighbourhoods where customers are proud to live.
    • Responsibilities include delivering front-facing enforcement services and being an expert on anti-social behaviour.
    • Working closely with colleagues, particularly Housing Officers, to assist in resolving cases of anti-social behaviour, harassment, domestic abuse, hate incidents, and more.
    • Customer-focused with experience in handling anti-social behaviour cases and litigation.
    This role is full-time and permanent in Bristol with a hybrid working option.

    About The Candidate
    • Experience in social housing or related professions.
    • Experience in specialized enforcement services.
    • Experience in handling various breaches of contract at an operational level.
    • Demonstrated improvement in customer satisfaction.
    • Knowledge of social housing policy, Landlord and Tenant Legislation, and anti-social behavior legislation.
    The key to success in this role is to take pride in your work, maintain a positive attitude, and support a diverse group of people effectively.
