    Description

    About The Role

    • Are you a creative and determined individual with a keen interest in enforcement and housing law? This exciting opportunity might just be what you're looking for.
    • We are seeking an Enforcement Officer in the Bristol area to join the compliance team and take charge of no-access cases for safety inspections and services. Your role will involve delivering a comprehensive front-facing service and serving as our expert in enforcement activities. You will handle legal proceedings from Gloucester to Yeovil as necessary.
    • You will collaborate with colleagues to proactively assist in resolving non-access cases while upholding high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires a customer-focused approach and experience in litigation. Possessing a CIH Level 4 qualification or equivalent tenancy law certification would be advantageous.
    • This position is available on a full-time, permanent basis, with Weston-super-Mare being the nearest office. A hybrid working model is also an option.

    About The Candidate

    • Experience in a housing or community safety-related environment is essential.
    • Proven experience in court litigation, Housing Law, and Equality Act legislation.
    • Preferably hold a CIH Level 4 qualification or similar tenancy law certification.
    • Strong communication skills with a resilient, problem-solving mindset.
    • Experience working with key partners to achieve common goals.
    • Customer-centric with a commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction.
    • Possession of a full UK driving license and access to a suitable vehicle.
