    Head of Sales UK

    Remote working

    Salary up £90,000 + Bonus

Then this Head of Sales could be the perfect for you

    The Role:

    Reporting to the Sales Director this will be a hands-on role responsible for managing retailer relationships with the likes of Selfridges, Harrods and Space NK. The role will be instrumental in helping market and distribution expansion plans, cascading knowledge from one retailer to another. Premium beauty or skincare experience is required where you will need to be a natural storyteller a brand builder with adept negotiation skills

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement long term commercial strategies across department stores
    • Responsible and accountable for commercial channel P&Ls by delivering top line objectives
    • Flawless execution of activation programs to drive commercial success
    • Work closely with the Marketing Director to ensure the creation of a full and pleasurable
    • omnichannel experience throughout the entire customer journey.
    • Ensure the digital wholesale offer is in line with the customer's needs and expectations.

    Essential experience required:

    • A successful commercial focused sales professional with a demonstrable track record of success within a quality consumer brand with proven digital expertise, within the beauty sector, being both a brand and revenue builder, and a real team leader.
    • Experience of running and owning a P & L, and of leading a high growth prestige beauty brand managing department stores.
    • Possess a hands-on approach, and enjoy leading on strategy, whilst also engaging in the strategy delivery.
    • Strong negotiation skills and excellent customer relationship management expertise.
