    Description

    ABOUT YOU

    You will have previous experience working in an administrative role, where you are a great communicator both written and verbally. This is a busy role and requires the successful candidate to have the ability to work at pace and have great resilience.

    Required skills and experience:

    • Good IT literacy skills
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and Written)
    • Able to meet deadlines and work at pace with resilience
    • Exceptional customer service focus and delivering a quality service
    • Encourage teamwork (promote operational synergies and alignment) to support each other, and our customers and grow together
    • Highly energised mindset with willingness and desire to learn and adapt individually
    • Full driving license

    ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

    Key activities:

    • Generate Inspection and laboratory invoices using the required system
    • Organize the allocations made and received for other sites
    • Ensure Job files for clients are complete.
    • Provide cover for reception when required for annual leave/sick leave
    • Assist in the generation of final reports, ensuring accuracy
    • Archive system for job files and other associated records
    • Maintain records for current maintenance and service agreements
    • Ensure KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) are met
    • To maintain stocks of office consumables
