    Exciting Opportunity in London's Financial Sector - M&A Associate & VP Role in Metals and Mining

    Position: M&A Associate & VP - Metals and Mining

    Location: London, United Kingdom

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead a high-performing team to execute M&A transactions in the Metals and Mining sector.
    • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation assessments to identify potential investment opportunities.
    • Develop detailed financial models and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
    • Take charge in deal structuring, negotiation, and documentation to ensure successful transaction closures.
    • Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes affecting the Metals and Mining sector.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred).
    • Strong understanding of M&A processes and concepts, with 3+ years of experience for the Associate role and 7+ years for the VP role.
    • Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and financial statement analysis.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Prior exposure to the Metals and Mining industry is a significant advantage.
