    What success looks like in this role:

    We are currently seeking a skilled IT Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the movement of assets, coordinating service tickets, and ensuring efficient asset management processes.     Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the movement of assets within the organisation, ensuring proper tracking and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment movements, including shipping and receiving activities.
  • Coordinate break-fix activities, liaising with internal teams and external vendors as necessary.
  • Perform grading of returned equipment against agreed-upon processes, ensuring compliance with standards and protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise asset management procedures and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Utilise Service Now platform to effectively manage and prioritise service tickets, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues.
  • Execute IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, Disposal) processes with precision and efficiency.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for IT operations and asset management.
