- Maintain accurate records of equipment movements, including shipping and receiving activities.
- Coordinate break-fix activities, liaising with internal teams and external vendors as necessary.
- Perform grading of returned equipment against agreed-upon processes, ensuring compliance with standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise asset management procedures and enhance operational efficiency.
- Utilise Service Now platform to effectively manage and prioritise service tickets, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues.
- Execute IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, Disposal) processes with precision and efficiency.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for IT operations and asset management.
- Understanding and experience of entry-level IT operations
