    Description

    As the Practice Leader for our Actuarial GMP team, you'll spearhead our service excellence, driving our team of c20 (with 6 direct reports) towards innovative solutions in GMP reconciliation, equalisation, and rectification for our UK Defined Benefit Pension Schemes clients.

    You will have previous experience of leading a team, have a technical understanding of the actuarial GMP space and ensure all client project work is delivered on time and to the highest standard.

    Lead a Team of c20 with 6 direct reports who work on projects that cover GMP reconciliation, equalisation and rectification of benefits for current and former members of UK Defined Benefit Pension Schemes
    Provide actuarial and other pensions expertise to clients on rectification of benefits, pensions technical and legislative issues
    Responsible for revenue generation from current client projects and new business development including participating in new client pitches as required
    Cultivate a culture of compliance and risk awareness focusing on the principles of Pensions Consulting and the Group.

    Experience of line management and leading a team of c20 working on multiple client projects
    Effective and agile problem solver with the ability to be innovative and creative in developing propositions for existing and potential clients
