    Maintenance Engineer manages the curative and the corrective maintenance of production equipment in the compliance of organizational and technological changes.

    It ensures the maintenance of the site's installations in order to optimize their reliability, availability, and EHS compliance.

    He/She is responsible for a budget to guarantee to operations, and more generally to the whole plant, the proper functioning of its equipment, the maintenance of its buildings, its safety, and the improvement of its performance.

    He/She is a driving force in proposing and implement improvements to be made to the plant in terms of continuous improvement and infrastructure improvements.

    He/She pilots the site's energy management.
    Organize, plan, follow up curative and corrective maintenance work
    # Participation in defining specifications for new equipment, follows new equipment reception and installation
    # Approve new equipment in terms of maintainability and set up maintenance plan
    # Control the interventions carried out, propose improvements in machine performance in terms of costs, utilization rate, and EHS impacts
    # Participate in Chatillon Investment Plan and Maintenance Budget by defining needs
    # Management of the maintenance activity
    # Manage Servicing, maintenance of infrastructure, building, and other material resources
    # Propose and follow different evolutions to be implemented on buildings by anticipating changes in terms of building construction and maintenance
    # Ensure and drive technical construction and maintenance building in compliance with safety, security, quality, delivery, and cost objectives
    # Ensures the evolution of our site's installations in a concern of energy efficiency, by proposing improvement projects
    # Manage, optimize and drive technical servicing of building & installation (electricity, fire safety, heating & lighting)
    # Ensure regulatory compliance
    # Provides interface between public or private Control institutions & produce relevant declaration required
    # Ensures regulatory control and handle actions if needed
    # Ensures the best operating conditions for the various equipment, buildings, and systems necessary for production and the life of the company with site's compliance and safety

    Experience (required): 8-10 years in maintenance in a manufacturing site, knowledge required in electro-technical, automatism, experience in management, EHS sensibility
    Experience (preferred): 8-10 years in maintenance in an industrial company, English fluent
    Education (required): Master degree in maintenance, mechanics, electronics, electro-mechanics, or automatism
    Education (preferred): Bachelor degree in maintenance, mechanics, electronics, electro-mechanics, or automatism
