    Description
    Digital Designers at Liberty are primarily responsible for designing beautiful, engaging content to support our online marketing activities.

    They must collaborate with a wide range of marketing and creative teams to bring the digital channels to life as part of wider multi-channel marketing campaigns.

    ResponsibilitiesCreate visual designs for digital marketing content such as digital ads, affiliate collateral, emails, social posts and custom web pagesWhere required, create motion graphics or edit short-form videos for use in digital ads or social postsCollaborate with the digital marketing, customer marketing and digital trading teams to understand their briefs and turn them into a realityContribute to the development of Liberty's branding guidelines and ensure any new designs comply with those guidelinesEnsure designs are mobile-first, responsive and consider accessibility, SEO and performanceRefresh website content by publishing changes using the web content management systemPeer review custom web pages or emails created by your colleagues to ensure quality standards are metReview competitor marketing and keep up-to-date with the latest digital design trends to constantly improve the look and feel of our digital marketing assetsCandidate RequirementsDemonstrable passion for design and luxuryEducational qualifications in a design-related disciplineAt least some relevant work experience in a corporate environment, which could include internshipsExperience with core Adobe Creative Suite tools (Adobe XD, Photoshop and Illustrator)Some experience with creating motion graphics and video editing using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro (or at least a very strong desire to learn)Strong visual design skills with a good understanding of typography, colour and layoutHighly collaborativeAttention to detailAbility to juggle multiple tasks with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentDesirableExperience of using FigmaExperience of using Dynamic Content (the web content management solution offered by Amplience)Experience of front-end development using HTML/CSS/Javascript
