Excellent communication skills, knowledge of IT systems, passion, energy and enthusiasm to be an advocate for change and support staff teams through change, to be person centred in your approach to colleagues and people we support and to add to the delivery of positive outcomes, will all contribute to you becoming a vital member of our clinical team.
