    Working on-site Monday-Friday 9.30am-6pm We are seeking a motivated and reliable Junior Float Legal Secretary to join a stable and fast-paced legal team.

    This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to take the next step in their career and gain valuable experience in a busy law firm.

    What you'll do:

    Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to Partners and Solicitors across multiple practice areas
    Draft and proofread legal documents, including correspondence, briefs, and contracts
    Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and prepare meeting materials
    Organise and maintain client files in accordance with firm protocols
    Perform other duties as assigned, which may include legal research, data entry, and administrative tasks within the office
    High levels of typing correspondence will be required What you'll bring:

    Excellent organisational and time management skills
    Fast and accurate typing
    Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
    A positive attitude and willingness to learn
    Some experience working within a legal setting, with knowledge of legal terminology We offer:
