    Description
    Delineate is recruiting for an Insights Manager to join its Insights team in London on a permanent basis .

    The Insights Manager reports into the Insights Director, working within the team and also clients, to scope out requirements within projects and insights, telling stories with data and delivering results.

    This role is office based with some flexibility to work from home.
    Delineate is on a mission to revolutionise survey research.

    Our platform gets brands closer to the truth than ever before, closing the gap between consumer behaviours and the decisions brands take.

    We're putting survey data back where it belongs, in the 21st century. We have major global brands using our platform, and we're now looking to accelerate our growth.
    Select appropriate research methodology and supporting techniques to meet client demand.
    Work closely with the Production team, ensuring they are fully informed on project scope & expectations.
    Mentor more junior roles such as interns or executives.
    Review collected data & building reports.
    Tell stories with data, delivering insights across differing sectors.
    Work in ad hoc projects as and when required.
    Recent experience in a similar role either as an Insights/Research Manager or Senior Insights/Research Executive
    Developed understanding of quantitative research
    Skilled in working Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint & Excel. A creative approach to problem solving
