    Description

    Overview.
    Our client is looking to grow their highly successful business and are recruiting for a Business Development Manager in the b2b Energy sector. This role is a critical part of the business, focused on the commercial energy market, with a primary emphasis on procurement and renewable energy opportunities. This role will play a vital part in expanding the company'spartnership channel and contributing to the company's growth.

    Package -?Benefits.? Salary -£25,000 - £50,000 depending on experience -Car Allowance -?Location: Nationwide -Full-time position

    • Total of 28 days holiday with all bank holidays off, never work evenings or weekends

    About You.

    • While experience in a business-to-business (B2B) background is preferred, it is not essential.
    • Prior experience in the commercial energy sector is a plus, but not mandatory.
    • Professional and ethical conduct in all interactions.
    • Strong work ethic and a drive to be part of a growing team.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • A keen interest in the commercial energy market and renewable energy opportunities.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic industry.

    The Role.

    • Identify, approach, and develop partnerships with businesses across a range of sectors.
    • Collaborate with partners to explore procurement and renewable energy opportunities.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with partners.
    • Negotiate and close partnership agreements that align with the company's goals.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics in the commercial energy sector.
