    Our client is a leading provider of innovative commercial software solutions, specialising in Managed Services and Cloud solutions.

    We are seeking a highly motivated Release Manager to oversee the smooth execution of critical projects.

    You'll be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, managing project documentation, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards, and fostering effective communication across internal teams and stakeholders.

    Manage the release process from planning to execution, ensuring all components are integrated seamlessly.
    Champion continuous improvement initiatives within the project management function, implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    Ensure all project documentation is finalised, stored electronically, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
    Maintain accountability for meeting project deadlines and quality standards.
    Analyse project performance, identify areas for improvement and report on key metrics.

    Experience working with CRM products
    ~5+ years of business experience in Release Management, Product Management or related role
    ~ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
    ~ Proven experience in managing complex projects from inception to completion
    ~ Strong understanding of project management methodologies
    ~ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve challenges during the project lifecycle
    ~ Experience with project management tools a plus
