We are seeking an enthusiastic Performance Specialist to bolster our Global team, based in our Clitheroe office on a hybrid working basis.     Role overview:

    As a Performance Specialist, you'll implement and refine digital marketing strategies, ensuring that they generate results and align with our client's goals. This role is perfect for those with foundational experience and a drive to learn and grow within the digital marketing industry.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Set-up and ensure ongoing optimisation & management of PPC campaigns for multiple clients
    • Management of ad budgets, A/B testing ad creative, keyword research, setting up audiences, and optimising for conversions and KPIs
    • The ability to interpret performance data, analyse campaign goals, and present data and insights to stakeholders
    • Contribute to the performance department's strategic and commercial goals
    • Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional service to clients
    • Engage in continuous learning to enhance your digital marketing expertise

    Essential skills and qualifications:

    • 2-4 years of proven experience in PPC campaign management across Google Ads, Meta & LinkedIn. Other channel experience is advantageous
    • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
    • A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience
    • Organised, with a strong attention to detail
    • An independent worker with a collaborative spirit
    • A creative thinker with a solutions-focused approach

    Early Friday Finishes: We have a 35.5 working hour week, each Friday we finish early so you can make the most of your weekend

    Hybrid Working: We believe being in the office is best for building relationships, learning and collaboration, but you have the flexibility to work from home when it works for you and your workload.

    Flexible Working Hours: Our potential office working hours are 8am-6pm and core hours are 10am-4pm to give you the flexibility of when to start your day. Full time working hours are 35.5 per week.

    Holidays: You'll start on 22 holidays plus bank holidays which will increase each year up to 27 days of annual leave.

    5 Year Bonus: Once you reach your 5 year anniversary you get an extra 2 weeks pay to celebrate a half decade milestone

    Social Team Activities: A mixture of in the office and out of the office activities, we make sure we have regular things planned to help build strong relationships. From weekends away, celebrating Eid to Weekly five-a-side and dungeons and dragons.

    Structured Review Process: For your progression and development it is important to us you have dedicated touchpoints with your manager. From monthly 1-1s and twice yearly reviews.
