    Employee Relations ConsultantGlasgow – Hybrid6 month FTC£50,000 FTEMeraki Talent is partnered with a leading financial services firm based in Glasgow to appoint an employee relations consultant on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

    This opportunity will offer a salary of £50,000 FTE and a hybrid working model.

    Our client's commitment to excellence, innovation, and employee satisfaction drives their success in the industry and are seeking a skilled and experienced Employee Relations Consultant to join their HR team.

    The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering positive employee relations and promoting a harmonious work environment.

    As an Employee Relations Consultant, you will play a critical role in managing employee grievances, mediating disputes, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.


    Responsibilities:
    Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.
    Investigate employee complaints and grievances, conducting thorough and impartial investigations as needed.
    Mediate disputes between employees and/or between employees and management to achieve mutually satisfactory resolutions.

    Advise managers on disciplinary actions, terminations, and other employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures as well as applicable laws and regulations.

    Develop and implement employee relations strategies and initiatives to promote a positive work culture and enhance employee engagement.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Human ResourcesExperience in employee relations or a related HR role.
    Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
    Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
