- Engaging with country and regional level representatives to maintain business continuity roles and responsibilities across dentsu
- Provide support and guidance to colleagues throughout the organisation on completing Business Impact Analysis, Business Continuity Planning and testing activities in line with our Policy and Procedures
- Produce regular metrics on key operational activities and the business continuity programme's status
- Support the coordination of business continuity testing and exercises
- Identify and support the resolution of non-compliance with dentsu's policies
- Track, monitor and manage continual improvement activities
- Support the monitoring of dentsu's annual Resilience programme plan
- Support the administration and continual enhancement of dentsu's resilience technology solutions
- Support client engagement, mergers and acquisition queries and activities relating to business continuity
- Maintain incident logs of events and ensure the conduct of post-incident reviews
- Continued maintenance, availability and accessibility of dentsu's crisis management materials
- Undertake physical security audits and reporting
- Coordinate physical security investigations and reporting
- Act in an advisory capacity regarding physical security matters
- Act as an administrator for dentsu's mass communications platform
- Provide user support for dentsu's mass communications platform
- Facilitate online training
- Schedule and support regular testing
- Excels in relationship management
- Confidence to engage with audiences remotely as well as engaging face-to-face with smaller groups and senior stakeholders
- Experience in delivering training preferable
- Understanding of Business Continuity and desire to develop within this role
- Understanding of Physical Security or desire to develop within this role
- Understanding of Risk Management or desire to develop within this role
- Continually strives to develop and problem-solve

We're hiring a Resilience Business Partner as part of our team in London.
Purpose of the Role
The Resilience Team are responsible for an extensive programme covering Business Continuity, IT Disaster Recovery, Physical Security and Crisis Management and are part of Dentsu Security. Dentsu Security are responsible for the scope and delivery of cyber security, security governance, security architecture and resilience activities across offices located across 145 countries. Joining our ambitious Resilience team you will be reporting directly to our Resilience Director with an opportunity to continue to develop. Our programme for 2024 will see us further our utilisation of leading technologies and certify our programme against good practice. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering and ensuring adherence to our resilience policy across EMEA.
